Cystic acne destroys your self image

I have been suffering with cystic acne all my adult life. Tried antibiotics, Accutane, creams.....now I am being followed by a Naturopathic doctor...he says that I have a lot of food allergies...milk, soya, gluten...I'm taking natural medicines to clean my system...still breaking-out but not as much as before.

This problem destroys your self-image immensely...fighting it every day. Your story inspired me...I really hope there is light down the tunnel. Thank you!
