Should I use sunscreen protection daily?

Should I use sunscreen protection daily even though I think sun protection will worsen my acne because of its oily components?

Yvette's reply: Hi Ana, I would definitely use sunscreen daily to protect against skin cancer and other effects of the sun (aging, sun spots, etc.).

There are many sunscreen products out there designed for acne prone skin. Look for moisturizers or foundations that contain SPF. Personally, I use Beauticontrol's Tinted Moisturizer. It's a light moisturizer with some color, so it acts like a foundation, and it protects the skin with SPF 15. I haven't experienced any breakouts with this product.
