I'm currently on accutane and this is my 3rd month of treatment (I skipped a month because I was out of the country and couldn't get the blood test). I had acne on my arms chest back and face. Within the first month all the acne was gone except my face... Now it's completely gone and I love how smooth my face is... Hopefully I won't have any side effects and the acne won't come back...
