Round Two of Accutane

I have been off of Accutane for about two years now. My skin has been clear overall with the exception of a few small breakouts here and there. It has been clear, that is, up until recently.

I have had some of the worst cystic acne of my life in the last month. It is highly concentrated on my chin. I have an appointment with my dermatologist and intend to do another round of Accutane. It's very disappointing. If this doesn't work I don't know what to do.
