I went through two rounds 20 years ago....and it worked great...I am 45 now and my acne came back. I didn't waste any time telling my dermatologist that I wanted the drug again. I was on 40mg once per day for the first 30 days and now I am on 40mg twice per day. I put up with the side effects because I know the drug works. Mainly just dry nose and lips...they definitely irritate me....but like I said, the drug is worth it. I am also doing all this without insurance so that should show you how much I believe in this medicine. I have to admit though that I was surprised that it came back after all these years
